Eric Miller,
chief executive officer, has served on numerous fundraising, allocation and
development committees for many years, as well as reviewing grant proposals
within government departments. Mr. Miller has sat on the board for a
computer software company, and has served as a director of marketing for
a multi-million dollar family corporate concern. He founded Conscious Change, and donate.net, in 1998, and has since worked with hundreds of
non-profit organizations on building successful on-line fundraising

Wayne Miller,
chief financial officer, has served non-profits in many positions and
functions. Mr. Miller currently serves as a member of the board of
directors, fundraising committee chairperson, event chairperson, and
volunteer for non-profits organizations. Managing the multifaceted family
business interests, including wholesale, manufacturing, computer software
and real estate holdings, has resulted in Mr. Miller’s extensive
knowledge and understanding of business practices. He is a business partner
